First loosen the outer nut of the fitting that holds the
Compression Tube into the chamber using the 1" Standard Wrench
Pull the Compression Tube out of the fitting.
The assembly should look as above.
Wipe the Piston assembly clean of all grease and debris.
Using the Allen Key, remove the cap screw located at the end of the
Piston Assembly.
Turn the cap screw counter-clockwise (left) to loosen.
This screw has been locked with thread locker and so might be tight.
The assembly should now look like this.
Clean all the parts and change the rubber piston cup with the new one.
Put the cap screw back through the brass part and put some thread locker
on the exposed threads.
Push the brass part through the Piston Cup and make sure it is properly
seated.
Use the Allen Key to thread the part back into the Brass Piston base.
Tighten hand tight.
Grease the piston with lithium based
"white grease" as noted in instructions.
Clean the end of the Compression Tube and insert back into the fitting.
Make sure all the ferrells and nut are on properly as shown above.
Tighten nut finger tight and then tighten one flat (1/6 of a turn)
with 1 inch wrench.
