Remove the lid from the chamber.

Lay flat on a clean surface.

Use a flat screw drive or flat stick to remove the O-Ring.  Be careful not to cut it.

Clean the O-ring with a rag.  If it has not been cleaned in awhile use some soap or cleanser.

Apply a generous amount of Petroleum Jelly - "Vaseline".  Spread completely around the O-Ring.
DO NOT USE GREASE - only Petroleum Jelly.

Stretch the O-Ring back over the O-Ring groove and secure in place.

Chamber lid is now ready for use.

If your lid is very dirty and needs cleaning - check our tutorial on cleaning the lid.
